Swan’s refined custody offerings give every client access to secure and flexible Bitcoin storage, with Swan Guard providing extra layers of safety and support.

• Self-Custody — Swan continues to encourage all clients to take full ownership of their Bitcoin with complimentary withdrawals and extensive self-custody education and guidance.

• Swan Safe – For clients who prefer segregated custody with regulated financial institutions, Swan partners with industry leaders Bakkt, Bitgo, and Equity Trust, with additional security layers provided by Swan Guard.

• Swan Vault — Empowers clients with total control of their Bitcoin without having to go it alone. Funds are safeguarded by a collaborative multisignature setup with keys stored offline. Swan Vault includes a complimentary onboarding call with a Bitcoin expert to ensure optimal setup.

2025 Pricing

With the introduction of Swan Guard and Swan Premium, we are updating our pricing to reflect the expanded suite of services now available to every Swan client.

• Trading Fees: Simplifying from 0.99% to 1% (going into effect in Q2)

• Swan IRA: 0.02% of AUC (assets under custody) per month, $20 minimum

• Swan Safe: 0.03% AUC per month

• Swan Vault: 0.02% AUC per month, $30 minimum, capped at $500/month; now includes complimentary assisted onboarding (previously $200)

• Self-Custody: Complimentary weekly withdrawals to self-custody

• Inbound / outbound wire fees: Complimentary (your financial institution may charge a fee)

• Swan Private Platform Fee: $25/month (waived for all clients with Swan IRA or Swan Vault, and for Swan Safe clients with qualifying balance)

• Bitcoin-backed Loans: Available for Swan Private and Swan Legacy clients; variable rates

• Asset Management: Available for Swan Private and Swan Legacy clients; AUM-based fees

• Financial Advisory: Available for all clients; AUM-based fees

The simplified 1% trading fee will go into effect in Q2 for all clients. The rest of the pricing updates will go into effect in Q2 2025 for new clients and July 1, 2025, for existing clients.
